Payment terms will be agreed upon before the commencement of any project. Full payment is required before delivery of the final product unless otherwise stated in the agreement. We reserve the right to suspend work or withhold final delivery until payment is received. We are accountable for refunding full payment only when the delivered product is completely different from the requirements that you sent us in the first place.5. Revisions
Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions, as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond this number may incur additional charges.6. Intellectual Property
All content created by our agency remains our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client will have full rights to the final product. We reserve the right to use any work created for promotional purposes unless explicitly prohibited by the client.7. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information and project details. We will not disclose any information to third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for any work completed up to the date of termination.9. Limitation of Liability
Our agency will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the services provided.10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered.11. Changes to Terms
